This form DOES NOT include registration for the conference. To register for the conference, you, all exhibit workers, guests and spouses must fill out an individual registration form. To reserve rooms with the hotel, you must work directly with the hotel no later than March 31, 2017. USE CODE 0417NGA TO GET CONFERENCE RATES.

Each exhibitor attending the conference is required to complete a conference registration form as well as this form.

- If you would like to become a Corporate Partner, you must complete your partnership application (available on the NGAI website) and submit your corporate partnership fee BEFORE completing this form as a Corporate Partner.

Minuteman: Free Exhibit Fee, 2 for Business Lunch, 2 for Exhibitor Reception
Pathfinder: $150.00 Exhibit Fee, 1 for Business Lunch, 1 for Exhibitor Reception
Volunteer: $250.00 Exhibit Fee, 1 for Business Lunch, 1 for Exhibitor Reception
Non-Partner: $500.00 Exhibit Fee, 1 for Business Lunch, 1 for Exhibitor Reception

The Exhibitor Reception will be held on Friday, April 21, 2017 in the Exhibit Hall from 5:30 to 7:30 PM (1730-1930). Every booth should be set up and have, at a minimum, one representative present for the event. Dress for the event is business casual attire.

The exhibitor assumes all responsibility for compliance with local, city and state ordinances and regulations covering fire, safety and health. It is mutually agreed that it is the duty and responsibility of each exhibitor to dismantle his/her exhibit immediately after the close of the exhibition. All property of the exhibitor remains under his custody and control in transit to and from the convention and while it is in the confines of the hotel. It shall be the responsibility of NGAI and each exhibitor, respectively, to secure its own insurance or otherwise protect its property against loss or damage.
